Paul, our chefs, restaurant partners and producers are among the best in Scotland. We keep our catering fresh and interesting – you will always be spoilt with delicious food. Our guests enjoy the flexibility of choosing their style of dining or leaving everything in our capable hands.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at 94DR we treat it with great respect. Our aim is to awaken your senses and offer a great start to the day, with real food, prepared freshly every morning using the very best, seasonal, local and organic produce.
We want you want to start your days properly, so we’re happy to arrange breakfast for you during your stay. Whether that’s chef prepared or delivered to the house.

We love to cook and we know that many of you do too. We have selected the finest produce that Edinburgh and Scotland has to offer and we can arrange for it to be delivered and stored before your arrival. So all you have to do is get kitchen creative.
At 94DR, the drinks flow freely! We can arrange for a stocked bar and a selection of fine house wines. 94DR has partnered with L’art du Vin an excellent local wine merchant specialising in artisan producers that express their terroir, so if you would like to pre-order something extra special we will do all we can to facilitate this. Our house champagne, Leclerc Briant Extra Brut can be chilled and waiting for you.
